The Pensacola Sports Association (PSA) will host its Annual Awards Banquet on Tuesday, April 6 at New World Landing. The banquet will honor high school, college and the professional level athletes
for their outstanding achievements.
The guest speaker will be Jack Lengyel. As the football coach for Marshall University from 1971 - 1974, Lengyel rebuilt the Marshall University football program and helped the community heal after
the tragic airline crash involving the entire team. The movie “We Are Marshall”, starring Matthew McConaughey, was based on his accomplishments.
The Pensacola Sports Association hosts the Bud Light Charity Challenge in support of ARC Gateway and helps promote athletic opportunities for children and adults with developmental disabilities. For more information about their awards banquet, visit www.pensacolasports.com.
ARC Gateway was founded by a group of parents who believed in the infinite potential of
their children. As the years passed, these parents were joined by volunteers and supporters who helped ARC grow and achieve great things for the people we serve.
Our volunteers and supporters still play a critical role in helping us serve more than 900 children and adults every year. There are countless ways to GET INVOLVED... and these are just a few ways to start:
